Effective and last updated: July 28, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of the Rocket Swap desktop application, authentication service, website endpoints, and related community features (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by the Rocket Swap Team (“Rocket Swap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By checking the consent box and selecting Accept, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the current Rocket Swap Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your country and any higher minimum age required by applicable law. You must also have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If local law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, you may use the Service only with that permission.
3. Discord account and access
Access may require a valid Discord account, membership in the designated Rocket Swap Discord server, and an eligible server role. You are responsible for activity using your account and device. Keep authorization codes, session credentials, and device credentials private. Do not share or transfer them. One device or installation may be linked to an account at a time unless Rocket Swap expressly provides a reset or migration process.
4. Limited permission to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, Rocket Swap gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Service for its intended, non-commercial purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent your identity, or use another person’s account;
- harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or target other users or community members;
- use the Service to cheat, automate unfair play, distribute malicious modifications, or violate the rules of a game, platform, tournament, or community;
- bypass or attempt to bypass account, role, device, rate-limit, authentication, suspension, or other access controls;
- share, sell, rent, trade, or publish authorization codes, sessions, device credentials, access rights, or restricted content;
- probe, disrupt, overload, exploit, or introduce malware into the Service or its infrastructure;
- scrape, resell, commercially exploit, or operate a competing or derivative service using Rocket Swap data, branding, or access without written permission; or
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Security research that could affect the Service or other users requires advance permission from the Rocket Swap Team.
6. Third-party services and independence
The Service relies on third-party services, including Discord and Cloudflare, and may interact with games or platforms provided by others. Their own terms and policies also apply. Rocket Swap is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Psyonix, Epic Games, Discord, or their affiliates. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Changes, availability, and enforcement
We may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, protect users, or operate the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations, security risk, role loss, or misuse. We may provide an appeal or device-reset process, but are not required to restore access where doing so would create risk or violate another service’s rules.
If these Terms materially change, the Service will publish a new version and require fresh acceptance before protected features can be used. The version and content hash shown at acceptance identify the terms you accepted.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or third-party update, preservation of game or application data, or that every defect will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Responsibility and limitation of liability
You are responsible for backups, device security, and deciding whether the Service is suitable for you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Rocket Swap Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, access, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the Service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Contact
Questions, access issues, device-reset requests, and appeals can be submitted through the Rocket Swap Discord community at https://discord.gg/dGxtZagQgB.
